I’ve had the pleasure of working with Aaron and Julie for over six years, and their journey is a great example of what becomes possible when big ambition is paired with a clear, structured plan.

Like many entrepreneurial thinkers, Aaron and Julie had no shortage of ideas. My role was to help them package those ideas into a methodical pathway: bringing structure, prioritisation, and clear “next steps” so progress wasn’t just happening, it was happening with purpose.

Over the years, I became part of their wider team as an advisor: someone who could ask the tougher questions, help them make the difficult calls when needed, and also make sure they stopped to acknowledge the wins.

Aaron and Julie ultimately achieved a successful sale of Speedy Signs Rotorua with the confidence that the right buyer had been found and the business would be in good hands. It was a major milestone for them.

Now, they’ve stepped into their next chapter — Speedy Signs Auckland CBD — ready for a new challenge, a new city, and a new team to lead and grow.
